Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for the overall customer experience activities for Great Garage Door including addressing walk-in customers and answering calls. The CSR also identifies the needs of the customer and handling or transferring their call as necessary. The CSR will work closely with other team members to ensure the customers’ needs are met. This position requires other various daily office activities.

To qualify for this role you will have:
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years in progressively responsible roles, preferably with service industry experience
- May be required to obtain various certifications related to assigned area of responsibility
